Primary Job Duties
- Scan drug and alcohol records (CCF, ATF & MRO) using high-speed scanners.
- Organize and label digital files accurately according to established naming conventions.
- Ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and free of scanning errors.
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and integrity.
- Upload digital files to the company’s document management system.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
- Assist with filing, retrieval, or disposal of physical records as needed.
- Collaborate with drug and alcohol and records teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow FAA/DOT and company guidelines for document retention and handling.
- Understand timeframes for documents to be held per FAA regulations (49 CFR part 120).
