This is a temporary, 90 day, hourly, nonexempt position which provides administrative support for the People Operations Team. This position must always maintain strict confidentially, requires strong organization and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Scan and digitize employee files.
• File updates in digital personnel files.
• Organize SharePoint Files
• Attend Job Fairs
• Schedule Exit Interviews
• Run Background Checks
• Conduct Pre-Employment Drug Testing
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

HR knowledge and/or experience helpful.

Requirements

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work with others in a confidential, professional and courteous manner.

Equipment Used

Scanner, Copier, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and various other programs.
