We were meant to fly.As Lean & Cost Analyst you will analyze cost data from manufacturing and transactional processes, you will identify issues, patterns and opportunities and use your problem solving ability with relevant stakeholders.You will calculate target costs and cooperate with wider manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales/Service teams to ensure proper pricing and identification of projects for cost reductions. Essential Responsabilities
Provide data for fact-based decision making and continuous improvement processes
Execute cost data analysis from the past as well as forecasting the costs based on Finance & Supply Chain data
Perform root cause analysis for cost changes, ultimately proposing actions to improve profitability
Calculate cost and draft manufacturing target costs, drive digital transformation and be a proponent of Lean culture
Prepare product cost for internal customers
Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field
Experience in Manufacturing & Costing, preferably Automotive, Aerospace or Energy field
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
Fluent Czech and English languages
Analytical mindset and problem solving ability
Ability to work with different teams and cultures
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Experience in ERP software including Business Intelligence tools
