Job Summary:
Raytheon Global Security Services (GSS) seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Industrial Security Team as a Program Security Analyst (PSA) at the P2 (Early Career) level. The PSA will support a range of front-line business security services and support security decisions. In this role, you will directly interact with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Engineering and Customers to meet program objectives and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) security regulations.
This position reports directly to the Sub Strategic Business Unit Security Manager and functionally aligns with the Raytheon GSS Industrial Security, Center of Excellence. The PSA will be involved in promoting regulatory compliance through effective training, influence, and advisement to program leadership. You will need to be able to work autonomously with limited supervision as you will be interacting and collaborating with colleagues and government personnel at all levels to achieve the program objectives. You also must be a strong problem solver with the ability to make independent decisions with guidance. As such, effective communication, presentation and training skills will be required to succeed.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate with program personnel and subcontractors to gather personnel security and travel itinerary information Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) deployments.
- Verify security clearance eligibility for deploying personnel using the Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Process Visit Authorization Requests (VAR)
- Enter required information into the DoD Synchronized Pre-deployment & Operational Tracker (SPOT) database and coordinate with the government customer Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs) to obtain DoD Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for deploying personnel.
- Obtain and manage DoD issued Common Access Cards for deploying and supporting program personnel.
- Assist PSMs in solving security matters at CONUS and OCONUS deployment sites.
- Support Program Security Managers (PSM) in providing security policy subject matter expertise and guidance to programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and DoD policies, including 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual, and DoD Instructions 5200.39 and 5200.48.
- Ensure program compliance with security requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254).
- Support security classification management, facilitate investigative and counterintelligence reports, and elevate classification issues.
- Conduct security reviews, training briefings, and assist with DCSA audit preparation or finding resolutions.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs.
- Experience working with NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117 and relevant DoD security regulations.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) security requirements.
- Familiarity with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM).

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
