The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are seeking a Program Administrator to join the MQ‑28 Ghost Bat Production Facility currently being built at Wellcamp Toowoomba, QLD.
In this role you will be part of a team that builds something that matters, grow with a high-performing team, and leave a legacy in Australian defence manufacturing

What youll get to do:
- Coordinate program visits & events, including booking meeting rooms, organising catering, room setup, and collating attendee information
- Coordinating Travel logistics for new starters
- Liaise and coordinate stakeholders between Boeing entities
- Managing MQ-28 Wellcamp merchandise
- Managing key communication tools such Coordination Memos and Distribution Lists for the site
- Supporting with local recruitment events in the Toowoomba region
- Granting access to digital tools through approved workflows
- Monitoring group mailboxes, group calendars and distributing external requests to the appropriate personnel
- Support the Leadership Team with general administrative dutiesAt all times, engage and interact with team members at every level to support program operation
Who were looking for:
- Experience in an Administration or Coordinator role.
- Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business.
- Ability to solve problems, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast changing situations.
- A willingness to learn
