Carson Air Ltd. is a dynamic aviation company headquartered in Kelowna, with bases in Vancouver, Calgary, Prince George, and Fort St. John. For more than 30 years, we have provided essential services through long standing, and long-term contracts including Air Ambulance operations, Cargo, and pilot training. We are looking for a motivated team player who is ready to grow and support our fast-paced aviation environment. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining company manuals, safety programs, and training documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
The successful candidate will support Canadian Occupational Health and Safety (COHS), Aviation Occupational Health and Safety (AOHS), and Part II of the Canada Labour Code (CLC), ensuring all procedures, training materials, and documentation remain accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting safe and efficient operations while maintaining adherence to aviation regulations, safety requirements, and internal company procedures.
This full-time position is based out of our Kelowna, and it is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hand-on exposure to aviation procurement, coordination, and logistic planning..
