This role is for the Casting Technology Leader. within Integrated Manufacturing Engineering. Engineering associated with Casting manufacturing processes and technology. Owns/influences action planning, budgets, operating plans, and industry strategy. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with and leads cross functional teams. The role may have a major impact on a commodity or part family within a value stream or P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes. - Technology People Leader with senior professional direct reports. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, requiring professional or thoughtful leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
- Additional 5 years experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
