Job Title: Engineering Release Location: Altus AFB, OK $37.64 – $41.83/hr 5-Month Contract

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Release Specialist to join our team supporting aerospace operations at Altus Air Force Base, OK. In this full-time, on-site consulting role, youll play a vital part in coordinating flight and maintenance training logistics for a major aircraft program. Your work ensures the smooth delivery of mission-critical training—impacting both readiness and reliability.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

As an Engineering Release Specialist, you’ll:

• Schedule and manage logistics for flight and maintenance training for a specific aircraft model

• Support product and process changes through detailed change management procedures

• Help forecast optimal training schedules aligned with strategic goals

• Assist in rescheduling and conflict resolution for training sessions

• Create and maintain reports and data-driven analyses to support training performance

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure all actions meet mission and client needs

• Act as a liaison between technical operations and customer satisfaction

• Proven scheduling experience in a technical, logistics, or training environment

• Experience working with customer accounts and understanding customer-focused service models

• Strong analytical skills — ability to collect, organize, and interpret data

• Must be available on-site at Altus AFB, OK, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Familiarity with change management processes and tools

• Ability to work in structured environments with clearly defined timelines

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance or aerospace operations (a plus, but not required)
