Essential Responsabilities
Participate to Design manufacturing router and documentation according to company procedures and customer requirements
Support ME for providing manufacturing method development and improvement for current and new products
Support ME in the application Design for Manufacturing principles working with a cross functional team to ensure 6-sigma process capability and stable process
Work with manufacturing engineering peers and manufacturing shop personnel to validate processes, tools, equipment
Support Design fixtures, tooling and equipment for production and new product development
Contribute to the determination of safe manufacturing processes that produce a quality product in the most efficient method of production
Pursue continuous improvement for quality and cost reductions in designated areas
Assist supervisors and production employees in resolving manufacturing process problems through a drive to root cause and permanent corrective actions
Support the achievement of all objectives, including safety, quality and productivity
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material or Management Engineering
Confident Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of technical drawings
Willingness to learn from others and to work in team
Italian and English fluent
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
