Role Overview
The successful candidates will
- Lead the development and maintenance of the AS9100 quality management system.
- Manage quality system-related documentation, assist departments in standardizing system documents, and ensure timely creation, review, release, and retrieval of documents.
- Organize training sessions related to quality system documentation.
- Lead management reviews, internal audits, and third-party audits; prepare audit plans, develop audit checklists, and compile audit reports.
- Assist in tracking and verifying corrective actions for audit nonconformances.
The Ideal Candidate
- Familiar with AS9100 quality management system standards.
- Has extensive auditing experience and is familiar with various types of audits such as quality system audit, production process audit and product audit.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and correction.
- With good communication skill.
- Comply with the companys rules and regulations and processes, including but not limited to rules and regulations and processes in terms of legality and compliance, quality, production, environmental health and safety (EHS), personnel administration, lean production, etc.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the foreman or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major.
- 3 years of quality management experience in aviation manufacturing industry.
- Certified as AS9100 internal auditor.
- Proficient in office software, with good English speaking and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5why, and fault tree analysis.
- Good work attitude and communication skills.
- Have good ambition, initiative and professionalism.
- Have good teamwork spirit.
