Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop, implement, and maintain system-level integration and test solutions
Analyze requirements and create test plans, procedures, and schedules
Conduct system/subsystem testing and troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues
Interpret specifications, define I/O parameters, and validate full system performance
Generate test documentation, reports, and discrepancy logs
Perform regression testing to verify system fixes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and execution
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
9+ years of related professional experience
Active Secret Clearance required to start
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (status reports, project plans, instructions)
Hands-on experience with LabVIEW and/or NI TestStand
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team-oriented with minimal supervision required
Expertise in RF or Microwave systems and complex test program development
Proven ability to design and specify components for test equipment
Skilled in troubleshooting down to fixture, instrument, software, or UUT level
Experienced in reading/creating schematics, block diagrams, and BOMs
Familiar with CAPA processes and deriving test requirements from system specs
Ability to document and resolve discrepancies between hardware and design
Strong collaborator across teams and departments
Confident in presenting technical issues, solutions, and trade studies
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
