About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Interior Specialist to join a leading aerospace service network. This role involves fabricating, installing, and refurbishing aircraft interior furnishings while adhering to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment per work orders or customer requests
Complete customer requests including carpeting, upholstery, side panels, card tables, aircraft cabinets, and glare shields
Adhere to general work requirements, environmental health, and safety policies
Participate in 5S initiatives to maintain organized, safe workspaces
Document all work in accordance with manuals, regulations, and company standards
Assist with other maintenance disciplines or aircraft cleaning as required
May work at off-site locations when needed

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of interiors experience (wood finish, soft goods, automotive, RV, or marine interiors)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings
Basic PC skills for documentation and reporting
Good written and verbal communication skills to report aircraft status
