HR IT Intern – helpdesk consolidation project (m/f/diverse)

Job Description:

As an HR IT Intern in SuccessFactors Team, you will support activities related to maintaining process continuity on the SuccessFactors platform. Your responsibilities will include internal process design, documentation management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Tasks

Organizational information:

Location: Kraków / hybrid work
Workload: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Internship Period: ASAP for 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily administration of the SuccessFactors platform
Participate in designing and optimizing internal processes
Prepare training materials and reports
Conduct system testing in cooperation with relevant teams
Handle technical tickets and coordinate with Helpdesk
Collaborate with the Product & Platform Management team
Create and update process documentation (SOPs, instructions, FAQs)

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Windows environment
Experience in HR and /or IT is an advantage

Personal Skills:

Ability to draft process documentation
Attention to detail and systematic approach
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Teamwork and communication skills
