Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 0600-1400/ 1400-2200
Overtime available if required
Up to 250 travel expenses at start/end of contract
No accommodation provided

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting Composite Laminators to support ongoing production activities in Venagono, Italy. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality composite components in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform composite laminating tasks including wet layup and related processes
Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements
Maintain safe and clean working practices

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (wet layup experience required)
Ability to work shifts as required
Italian language skills
Right to work in the EU

Desirable:

Previous aerospace composite experience
Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
