Position: Delivery and Facilitation – Employee Development
Location: Everett, WA
Job Type: Full-time 6-Month Consultant Role
Schedule: Monday to Friday Must be willing to work all 3 shifts (shift assigned based on training demand)
Pay Rate: $44.10 – $49.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required

Empower the Next Generation of Aerospace TalentPDS Tech Commercial is looking for a passionate and skilled Employee Development professional to lead learning and training initiatives in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the workforce by delivering high-impact training that drives safety, precision, and performance on the production floor. What You’ll Be DoingLead employee development projects and produce engaging educational content.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify new instructors and mentor junior facilitators.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both content delivery and training consultation.
Monitor stakeholder environments and performance metrics to ensure training aligns with business goals.
Facilitate training across shifts, delivering hands-on instruction aligned with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and curriculum developers to create creative, learner-focused tools and activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, testing, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.
Background in coaching, instructing, or working as an employee development specialist.
Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs or technical training.
Proficiency in interpreting work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints.
Flexibility to work all shifts depending on training demand.
Preferred QualificationsLean Manufacturing Certification and/or Aerospace Manufacturing credentials.
Hands-on experience with structural, mechanical, or electrical systems (e.g., wing/spar assembly, structural repair, functional test).
Background as a mechanic or technician in areas such as Electrical, Structures, or Systems.
Experience conducting needs assessments and job analysis to inform training strategies.

Pay Details: $44.10 to $49.00 per hour
