JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Operations Analyst
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $28.90/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Proactively identify and resolve daily constraints
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Research constraint details including parts and engineering to track and resolve issues
Monitor future schedules to anticipate constraints; attend line-by-line review meetings to communicate status
Lead or attend Tier meetings
Use Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system to track constraints
Assist in developing and implementing site processes and procedures
Create and present project proposals to Senior Leadership and mechanics
Support mechanics with specifications and drawing (DWG) interpretation
Assist shop with procurement or modification of tools
Coach less experienced mechanics and team members on processes and skill development
Support closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS), including root cause investigation and solution implementation
Promote effective communication, emotional intelligence, and customer service mindset
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of critical problem-solving experience, issue resolution, and procedure development
1+ year experience accessing aircraft data systems and interpreting technical data
1+ year experience in manufacturing maintenance or aircraft modification
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel data manipulation
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with GOLD, I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM, Ship Side Action Tracker, or similar systems
Leadership and project management experience
Previous Line Side Control Center experience
Experience with depot-level/modification maintenance
