Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Receiver on the 2nd shift in our Shipping/Receiving and Forklift Departments. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations, with working hours from Wednesday to Saturday, 4pm to 2:30am. Youll be responsible for handling packages, conducting receiving inspections, managing paperwork, and scanning forms. Your tasks will also include documenting how parts arrived, the dates they arrived, part numbers, stamping forms, and verifying parts in our IMOPS computer system. Basic computer skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. Daily email communication is required, and once parts are verified, youll stage materials on carts. Forklift experience is preferred for two positions.

Responsibilities

• Handle packages and conduct receiving inspections.
• Manage paperwork and scan forms.
• Document arrival details including carrier (UPS, FedEx), dates, and part numbers.
• Stamp forms and verify parts using the IMOPS computer system.
• Send daily emails.
• Stage verified materials on carts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, Illinois.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
