Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic with strong structural repair and aircraft painting experience. This role involves a combination of aircraft maintenance, structural/composite repairs, and paint application (primer and topcoat). The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-driven, and committed to maintaining airworthiness standards.
Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with approved FAA data and company procedures
Execute structural and composite repairs to aircraft components and systems
Perform aircraft painting duties, including surface prep, priming, and topcoat application (approximately 50 of role)
Ensure all work is properly documented and completed in compliance with regulatory requirements
Inspect completed work to verify airworthiness and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience actively using A&P license OR 5–10 years of overall aircraft mechanic experience
Proven experience in structural and composite repairs (required)
Strong aircraft painting experience (primer and topcoat required)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and FAA documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a repair station or MRO environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
