We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Technician to join our team, performing heavy maintenance and modifications on fixed-wing military aircraft. This role requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance from day one. Candidates without clearance can receive an offer and start once their clearance is granted, typically within 2-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform C-Checks and Service Life Extension Programs on military aircraft, which are more extensive than D-Checks.
• Execute modifications as necessary during maintenance.
• Work on various airframes including PC-12 (Military Designation: U-28), Dornier 328, A-29 Super Tucano, and Dash 8 (Q200/Q300/Q400).

• Active A&P License is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must own tools and have a shadowed toolbox with tools etched or colored by Day 1.
• Stable job history is preferred.

• Heavy Maintenance or Depot Level experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangar. The shift schedule varies depending on the hangar and program, with flexibility required for possible second/swing shifts. Most employees work day shifts, with some on swing shifts. Overtime is regularly available but not guaranteed every week. The contract is long-term and open-ended, with the option to go direct after around one year.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
