What You’ll Be Doing- Assemble aerospace components using hand tools, connectors, and wiring techniques
- Connect cables and perform testing to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Work from blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet strict quality and compliance standards
- Handle delicate glass-based components with care and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a high-quality production environment
- Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and deadlines
What You Bring- Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or both
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools, connectors, and component assembly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
