We’re seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Assembly Technician to join a growing team working on high-quality, precision-built components. In this role, you’ll work in a clean, controlled environment assembling critical parts used in advanced aerospace applications.

• Assemble aerospace components using hand tools, connectors, and wiring techniques
• Connect cables and perform testing to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Work from blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet strict quality and compliance standards
• Handle delicate glass-based components with care and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a high-quality production environment
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and deadlines

• Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or both
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools, connectors, and component assembly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-spec manufacturing environments
• Soldering experience or working with electrical components
• Strong inspection skills and a quality-first mindset
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a small team setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
