Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our growing digital team.

Tasks

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain AEM-based solutions that support enterprise-level digital platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

Design, develop, and maintain components, templates, workflows, and services in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Implement front-end and back-end integrations using AEM technologies.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development (AEM 6.x / AEM Cloud).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Knowledge of Java development.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful services, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Business English.
