JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Data Processor Supervisor
Department: Osc QC Hangar
Reports to: Inspection Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Data Processors while assisting to maintain accurate and complete computer-generated tallies for routine and non-routine work cards.
- Ensure data is processed into the computer system daily to include but not limited to (non-routines, parts, tally logs, etc….).
- Review each job card for completeness of signatures, stamps and accuracy of data.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the production board.
- Provide accurate project status reports to the Managers as requested.
- Interface with the Records Department prior to an aircraft’s departure to ensure all paperwork is accounted for and routed to the Records Department in a timely manner.
- Keep the Production Control Booth clean and organized at all times, and ensure that only authorized personnel are permitted in the Production Control Booth.
- Ensure paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a good working knowledge of computers and working capability of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Have at least 1 year experience in office administration.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using calculators.
