Tasks

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or completed vocational training with 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality management
Plan and implement occupational health and safetey measures (e.g. Gefährdungsbeurteilung), coordinate first responders (e.g. Erst-/ Brandschutzhelfer)
Prepare and post communications regarding front office and facility
Take on (sub-)projects and special tasks for and deputize for the disciplinary superior
Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
Functional guidance and development of less experienced co-workers, interns, working students and (vocational) trainees

Requirements

Bachelor & 3 years or vocational training & 5 years professional experience preferably in the fields of hospitality management
Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Confident, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
High service orientation
Computer literate (i.e. MS Office and relevant software)
Fluent in English and German
