Tasks

Together with our innovative team, you will work on projects to improve our performance at the Frankfurt hub.

You support the introduction and further development of digital performance dialogs
You contribute to the definition and development of key performance indicators (KPI)
You help with the development of our performance management systems and their documentation
You support the implementation of workshops

Your workplace will include the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) - Lufthansas operational control center in Frankfurt.

Requirements

In order to complete an internship with us, you must be enrolled for the entire period (min. 3rd semester).

Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written certificate of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
You are characterized by your confident appearance and openness towards other people
You quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and enjoy conceptual work
Initial experience in performance and/or project management is a plus
