Key dutiesProduce high quality documents, reports, analyses, and professional correspondencePrepare statistical reports, comparative analyses, and investigate discrepanciesProcess, track, audit, and maintain invoices, records, and accrualsCoordinate events, road shows, classroom bookings, and facility related activitiesLiaise with internal teams, external vendors, and third party service providersProvide training, guidance, and support to departmental employeesManage maintenance requests, facility updates, and AutoCAD drawingsSupport project planning, documentation, and communication for ongoing initiativesTroubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and maintain operational recordsHandle space planning, furniture coordination, and key distributionEnsure compliance with policies, regulations, and confidentiality requirementsPrioritize workload independently while providing updates to managers and stakeholders
QualificationsMust have a High School diploma;Minimum 3 years of office experience;Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;Experience working with AutoCAD and Ariba are assets;Strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills;Comfortable working with numbers;Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including formatting and proofreading and be detailed oriented;Must have good interpersonal skills.
