Azul Handling is currently recruiting a Performance Manager temporary. As an aviation operations expert and under the supervision of the Ryanair/Azul management team, as a performance manager you will be responsible for overseeing Ryanairs operations at our stations, acting as a liaison between all local stakeholders, Ryanair departments and management to promote communication and improve problem solving, ensuring that operations are always carried out safely and efficiently. Your duties will include but are not limited to: 

• Oversee the Ryanair group operation in our different stations
• Ensure the Ryanair group industry leading safety standards and customer service ethos are maintained
• Continuous tracking and analysis of the Ryanair group KPIs – OTP, SSB, revenue and uncollected revenue and check-in and boarding closure timings – identifying areas/airports underperforming and implement solutions
• Work/coordinate with local stakeholders and all Ryanair group departments such as airport authorities, catering, cleaning and handling companies, engineering, Flight Ops/In-Flight to identify and develop efficiencies to improve the operation 
• Follow up on all operational issues with respective authority/service provider/Ryanair group departments
• Extensive, detailed and continuous performance report production for Senior Management
• Any other duty/task as required

• At least 2 years’ experience in an operations role in the aviation industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to easily identify trends
• Excellent team player
• Demonstrated experience in management role
• Demonstrated experience in relations with different stakeholders
• Problem solver with the ability to think out of the box
• Be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment under own initiative
• Be fluent in English and Spanish – Portuguese would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Availability to travel extensively and at short notice
• Based in Seville
