Working in a collaborative product environment, we partner with stakeholders across operations and technology to solve complex challenges, improve performance and enhance customer experience. The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll lead high-impact data science initiatives from concept through to deployment and monitoring, helping solve some of our most important business challenges.
You’ll work across cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Software Engineers and business stakeholders, building scalable analytical solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who can independently own projects, influence decision making and balance technical depth with strong stakeholder engagement.
You’ll also:
> Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science projects, from problem definition and modelling through to production implementation and monitoring
> Analyse complex datasets from multiple sources to answer strategic business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
> Develop, validate and deploy predictive, simulation and optimisation models to support business performance
> Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a product-led environment to support operational and technology transformation initiatives
> Mentor junior Data Scientists, providing coaching, technical guidance and knowledge sharing
> Contribute to best practice development, helping strengthen Data Science capability across the organisation
> Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies and methodologies, evaluating opportunities for business application
