Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our Ordering and Scheduling Functional Excellence team supporting BCA programs in locations: Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.
The statement of work applies standard Supply Chain knowledge/processes, data analysis, forecasting, and supply/demand troubleshooting to optimize ordering and scheduling across the BCA supply chain organization.
Up to 20 domestic travel may as needed to other Boeing sites.
Position Responsibilities:
Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for Supply Chain Methodologies.
Ensures organizational compliance with ordering and scheduling policies, inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.
Responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing, training, and maintaining processes owned by team.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present analysis, project plan and status to stakeholders and leadership.
Leverage knowledge of Item Data and supply/demand signals within ERPLN to drive improvements and support SCMA community
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly
Work under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with supply chain management
3+ years of experience in SCMA or dual role SCMA/Ops PA
3+ years of experience working with ERPLN
Experience in Project Management
Experience in executive level presentations – Both developing presentation material and reporting out
Proficient in excel – data analysis and visualization
Ability to present material to broad audience
Must be willing to travel up to 20
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
3+ years of experience in Project Management role or managing cross-functional projects
5+ years of experience with supply chain management
Experience developing and managing metrics / KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Experience in SQL

Summary pay range (Level 4):$104,400-$122,000
North Charleston, SC.
Summary pay range (Level 3): $81,000-94,500
Summary pay range (Level 4): $97,200-$113,500
