Join our Operations & Delivery team as a Team Leader Operation & Delivery Executive in Thailand.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of excursion bookings, logistics coordination, team supervision, and sales support for speedboat excursions in Phuket and Khao Lak. This role also ensures a high standard of guest service and operational efficiency at the pier and the arrival lounge.

• High capacity to manage a team to deliver results.
• The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards.

• Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working and drive our digital culture
• Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics.

• Previous experience in travel/tourism and or cruise ships is advantageous.

• Handle all excursion bookings from various sales channels, including Tour Desk, TUI Representatives, online platforms, and third-party (3P) operators.
• Make necessary reservations with suppliers for restaurants (breakfast/lunch), National Park entrance fees, and all other venues.
• Assign guides and transportation services for operations in Phuket and Khao Lak. 
• Supervise arrival lounge and pier activities during morning and evening operations. Ensure the lounge is clean and that breakfast and refreshments are prepared and ready each morning.
• Manage daily operational expenses, including payments to local venues and DMC partners.
• Oversee scheduling, service tracking, and performance reviews for in-house guides, boat captains, and crew members. Provide service training to ensure the highest quality guest experience.
• Drive sales and spaneting efforts by managing 3P customer accounts such as local tour desks, hotel concierges, and local tour operators. Focus on increasing passenger numbers and maximizing excursion capacity.
