AssemblerLocation: Rainsville, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
(Some mandatory overtime required. Candidates with shift flexibility are highly encouraged to apply as 2nd shift is expected to launch soon.)
Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves electrical assembly, wire preparation, soldering, crimping, and working with hand tools to build quality products safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-focused, and comfortable working with repetitive hand assembly processes while maintaining production and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
Bend, shape, cut, and solder wires and lugs according to specifications
Attach wires using lugs and crimps to ensure secure connections
Sand and prepare wires for assembly and finishing processes
Pull lead wires and apply sleeving as required
Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools safely and effectively
Use lift-assist devices when handling products over 50 pounds
Participate in physical inventory activities as needed
Meet quality, productivity, and efficiency expectations
Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards within the work area
Support additional duties and production needs as business demands evolve

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or walk for extended periods
Frequent repetitive hand movements
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in small or narrow spaces
Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or light industrial experience
Experience using crimping tools, soldering equipment, or performing electrical assembly work
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
