JMC Aviation is recruiting Structural Fitters to support the ongoing production and final assembly of the M-346 Master aircraft in Venegono, Italy.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-quality aerospace components within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform structural fabrication and final assembly tasks on the M-346 aircraft

• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements

• Carry out installation and fitting of structural components, including aircraft wings

• Maintain safe, clean, and organised working practices

• Proven experience in production or assembly environments

• Hands-on experience working on aircraft wings

• Ability to work shifts as required

• English or Italian language skills

• Right to work in the EU

• Previous aerospace structural or final assembly experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
