YOUR ROLE AS:
As an Allstar Cabin Crew, you will be at the heart of AirAsia’s commitment to delivering safe, exceptional, and memorable travel experiences. You’ll ensure the safety and comfort of our guests while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. This role demands dedication, teamwork, and the Allstar spirit that has made AirAsia the world’s best low-cost airline for 12 years running.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Execute all duties related to the safety of the aircraft and its guests under the authority of the Pilot in Command (PIC).
Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency drills and procedures as outlined in the Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual, and apply them effectively in emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, customs, immigration, and health regulations.
Serve as the liaison between guests and flight crew to ensure optimum comfort and service delivery.
Conduct pre-flight routine inspections of galley equipment, catering stores, dry stores, and loose equipment, ensuring they are secure and stowed correctly.
Provide complete and accurate passenger briefings as prescribed by the Operations Manual and SEP Manual.
Prepare all necessary documentation and reports, including Ship’s papers, Cabin Defects Log entries, and incident reports.
Maintain high standards of conduct as a visible representative of the airline.
Support AirAsia’s brand image and uphold company culture in all interactions.
Participate in safety programs, hazard reporting, and relevant training sessions.

High level of safety awareness and ability to make sound procedural decisions.
Comfortable working in a diverse environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
Other Requirements:
Complexion: Clear, with no apparent blemishes or scars; no visible tattoos in uniform.
Teeth: No braces; free from visible damage, decay, or severe crookedness.
Height: Minimum 160 cm (female) and 170 cm (male).
Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.5–22 (female) and 18.5–23 (male).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ability to perform safety inspections, equipment checks, and emergency response procedures.
Proficient in completing operational reports and documentation accurately.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse crew members.
Resilient under pressure and adaptable to dynamic operational demands.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to upholding safety and service standards.
