We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and attentive listener who understands how to provide administrative support to the commercial team (KAM and Field Sales) by managing quotations, account setups, sales follow-up, fare administration in systems (CASS adjustments), document validation for Credit, and handling daily calls through the Génesis application to ensure proper post-sales service for cargo clients.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- Intermediate English level.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support processes and international logistics.
Skills to succeed:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, SkyChain, etc.).
- Assertiveness.
- Negotiation skills.
