We are looking for a BI Project Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with effective communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and results orientation, capable of leading the operational transformation of Aeroméxico Cargo through the design and execution of strategic projects based on data analysis and decision-making. The role drives optimization initiatives, implementation of technological tools, standardization, and information migration efforts that generate efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement within the business, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and promoting cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable results.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience handling robust data sets, using programming tools, and managing improvement and infrastructure projects.

Key Competencies:

• Project management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Database management.
