About the role
The Intern, Air Contracts will support the Contracts team with a range of administrative and documentation tasks related to air freight agreements. This role offers hands-on experience in contract management, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. The intern will assist in drafting simple documents, managing records, tracking handover processes, and ensuring consistency across internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to logistics operations, documentation standards, and contract administration in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting in the drafting, formatting, and review of basic contract documents.
Entering and managing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems, with a particular focus on maintaining the Cargo Master Listing.
Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and performing data entry.
Organizing and maintaining both digital and, when necessary, physical records to support efficient filing and document retrieval.
Tracking and following up on Item Handover (IH) and courier documents to ensure timely processing and status updates.
Coordinating with internal departments to collect, verify, or relay contract-related information as needed.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and data handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with document filing systems, data entry, and electronic records management.
Capable of multitasking and following through on assignments in a timely manner.
