We are seeking a mechanically inclined candidate to support our MRO Technician. Aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and testing mechanical and electrical aircraft power systems in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft components and power systems
• Repair and overhaul motors, generators, power units, and related assemblies
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with approved work instructions and maintenance manuals
• Replace defective or worn parts using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect replacement parts and assemblies for defects or compliance issues
• Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals to determine proper repair procedures
• Conduct functional testing to ensure components meet quality and performance standards
• Accurately document work performed, findings, and corrective actions
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and repair documentation
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work on‑site and meet attendance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation or aerospace maintenance experience
• Experience working with aircraft electrical power systems
• Prior work in a regulated manufacturing or MRO environment
