Job SummaryWe are seeking a mechanically inclined candidate to support our MRO Technician. Aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and testing mechanical and electrical aircraft power systems in a fast‑paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft components and power systems
- Repair and overhaul motors, generators, power units, and related assemblies
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with approved work instructions and maintenance manuals
- Replace defective or worn parts using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect replacement parts and assemblies for defects or compliance issues
- Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals to determine proper repair procedures
- Conduct functional testing to ensure components meet quality and performance standards
- Accurately document work performed, findings, and corrective actions
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and repair documentation
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work on‑site and meet attendance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation or aerospace maintenance experience
- Experience working with aircraft electrical power systems
- Prior work in a regulated manufacturing or MRO environment
