Position Summary To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities, provide appropriate solutions/products to all walk-in customers with highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are adhered all time.
Key Accountability- Process booking, Ticketing & up-sell relevant MAB products whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
- To attend to internal and external customer pertaining to Reservations and ticket issuance, refund matters
- Guide customer on the online booking facilities
- To ensure customer issues are resolved by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution.
- To attend to customers promptly and according to standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Responsible for handling Business Class, Economy Class, Enrich Platinum, Enrich Gold, Enrich Silver and all customers as per set standard set
- Ensure all daily sales collections are tally with sales for the day and are submitted to the relevant areas.
- To assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments.
- To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality. To be courteous, helpful and attentive at all times.
- Well versed and updated in all Res and ticketing policies, procedures and processes and in compliance always.
- To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior
Qualification & Working Experience- Diploma in General Administration & Management or any other related field.
- High school certificate (SPM/STPM)
- Experience in customer services is an advantage
Skill & Knowledge- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player with good and Excellent manners
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Personality Traits- Constantly be mindful of anti-trust and privacy regulations
- Responsible & accountable for their Sign-in codes
