Purpose
* To apply paint and coatings to aircraft and components in accordance with engineering specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring high-quality finishes that protect aircraft from environmental elements and enhance their aesthetic appeal, ultimately contributing to the safety, durability, and visual excellence of our products. Requirements:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience required in Application and Removal of Aircraft Paint Coatings, Adhesives, and Sealants.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
* Education/Experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate). Job Duties
* Prepares exterior surface of aircraft for painting.
* Makes necessary patterns, performs layout, and applies prescribed primers, paints, and finishes to the exterior of aircraft.
* Applies aircraft finishes and external spanings to aircraft sections.
